I am going to sterilize my medical scissors with boiling water and liquid antiseptic. Even if you havent, any suggestions are welcome. My hymen is very very thin Should i just snip it fast? Will the bleeding stop quickly? I figure its just like breaking your hymen through sex, why not just cut it? The pain will be the same and plus I can control this.
Why would my hymen get infected from cutting it with sterile scissors rather than intercourse? I will NOT go to a doctor for this my dads a doctor anyway, he would just tell me to deal with it. I will NOT break it through sex. Any tips, suggestions comments much apprecitated! The pain of cutting my hymen will be no worse than breaking it during sex, plus it will save me the pain of removing tampons.

Why would you want to take that kind of risk? A good doctor will advise you properly on how to deal with it "STFU" is not a standard medical response. If you don't want to go to him, what about a planned parenthood clinic?
